To reserve the clubhouse, use the 'Clubhouse Reservation Form' on this web site under 'eForms'.
The $25 fee pays for cleaning and management of the clubhouse. The $250 deposit is held against any damages to the clubhouse and returned once the clubhouse is inspected after use. Both the fee and deposit may be waived by the Board if exclusive use of the clubhouse cannot be guaranteed or if use is for the neighborhood in general.
